Our standard minimum 14 day residential cleaning package includes
- Cleaning the bathrooms - floors, sinks, mirrors, toilets & showers
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping / washing the floors.
- Cleaning the kitchen, wiping down appliances, counters, sinks.
- We wipe & clean surfaces in the home.
- We dust the home including corner cobwebs, vents & ceiling fans.
- We wipe down & disinfect surfaces.
- We lock up or close garage door when we leave.
- We clean the home every 14 days.
- We provide a set cleaning schedule.
- We clean the same day & time each visit.
- We are a pre-pay only monthly cleaning service.
- Mrs. Jen personally meets with every client

One time deep cleans start at $250 for a home up to 1500 square feet.
1500 square feet - $250
2000 square feet - $300
2500 square feet - $350
3000 square feet - $400
3500 square feet - $450
4000 square feet - $500

Typically a one time deep clean will take from 1 to 4 hours depending on the size of the home, amount of soil & scope of work
Deep Cleans
One time deep cleanings are very common & we do them often for move in's, move out's, post construction, pre holiday cleanings & spring cleanings & renovation clean ups. We also work with realtors to clean properties prior to them being listed & before the open house showing.
I'm scheduled for a deep clean, Now what?
This is a prepay service only. We ask that you make sure someone is at the property to let us in our you can provide us a garage / door code. Some folks leave a key with a neighbor or in the mailbox the day of the cleaning. That person does not have to sit there for the cleaning, we lock up when we leave & call you to let you know the cleaning is complete.
I also need my carpets & my furniture cleaned.
We clean carpets & upholstery. We do mattress cleaning as well clean tile & grout floors.
